WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept visa, MasterCard, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and PayPal. 
At the time of booking, a 40% deposit along with a signed contract will be required to secure your requested date.
Remaining balance will be due on the day of your event upon completion of set up. Dates are NOT reserved until a deposit payment is received.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to call us as soon as possible at 832-606-6415. Cancellations 30 business days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations less than 30 business days prior to the event may result in the loss of your deposit.

DO YOU CHARGE SEPARATELY FOR VARIOUS EVENT SERVICES?

Some of our services come standard, others are priced separately. In order to get an idea of what your event will cost, contact us to speak with one of our friendly event planners today. They can give you a free estimate based on your individual needs.

HOW DOES A PARTY SET UP WORK?

We are here to take the stress of planning the decorations to your special event. You tell us about your theme/colors and we will create a few designs for you to choose from that best fits your vision and budget. On the day of your event our experienced staff will set up a few hours before.

What if I am not satisfied with My Site?

This is your FAQ Answer. Make sure your writing is clear and concise. It’s a good idea to review what you’ve written and ask yourself the following - if this was my first time visiting the site, would I fully understand this answer? Then revise or expand as necessary. Consider adding a photo or video as a visual tool or for extra impact.

WHAT SHOULD BE EXPECTED FOR A MOVIE NIGHT?

Our staff will come out to your event location to provide and set up equipment for you to enjoy. The list of equipment provided will be; inflatable movie screen, projector, speakers, DVD/VHS and/or gaming console with games. Yard Flix does not provide the movie/media entertainment. You will need to provide your own public licensing if your event is not on your own private property. If your event is on your property you will  not need a license. 
If you are hosting your own family outdoor movie night on your property, you won’t need a public license.

DO YOU MAKE DONATIONS AND/OR OFFER DISCOUNTS TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS?

Yes we do.  We can offer up to a 25% discount to Non-Profit organizations, teachers and first responders for some items and services.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

After your event all equipment will be inspected upon pick up by staff. Inflatables should be as we left them- inflated with air. If equipment or items are damaged, lost or stolen during your event we will seek the cost to replace those items.
